Fall Fundraising Event Team Members and Leads

Description/ Expectations:

We are looking for several people with big hearts to assist us with various tasks during our Annual Fall Event on Friday evening, October 16, 2009.  Each year our events are our biggest fundraisers, raising over $15,000 each year to provide direct support to HIV orphans in Africa. We need your help!

Special Event team members will assist with tasks such as set up, guest welcoming, serving drinks, silent auction monitoring, answering questions from guests, coat check and/or tear down. All these will enable the night run smoothly and be a huge success. Each shift will be approximately 3 hours and you are free to enjoy the rest of the evening with complimentary admission to the event.

We are looking for friendly, reliable people who are excited about helping a global cause! A volunteer meeting will be held closer to the event to finalized tasks and shifts.
